We are seeking a Retail Store Sales Associate/Cashier/Receptionist to join our team. As a Retail salesperson/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational and customer service skills.
Looking for responsible individuals willing to work 4, 9-10 hour shifts Wednesday through Saturday 8:15am- 6:15pm.
```Responsibilities```
- #1 priority is sales of hair products & customer service
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
-Use of, POS, system
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier/reception area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Provide information about products or services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
```Qualifications```
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly demeanor, grneral knowledge of hair products.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required
