Oakview Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated and compassionate Activity Director to join our team! If you enjoy creating meaningful experiences, building relationships with residents, and making a positive impact every day, we'd love to meet you.
Compensation
Base Pay: $16.00/hour
$17.00/hour for candidates who already possess the 36-Hour Activity Director Certification
Don't have the certification? No problem! Employees who successfully complete the required 36-Hour Activity Director Certification within the allowed 60-day period will receive a pay increase to $17.00/hour upon completion.
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday–Friday
Occasional weekends and special events as needed

Responsibilities
Plan and lead engaging recreational, social, and therapeutic activities
Develop monthly activity calendars and special events
Encourage resident participation and enhance quality of life
Maintain activity documentation and comply with regulatory requirements
Work collaboratively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
36-Hour Activity Director Certification preferred
Willingness to obtain certification within 60 days if not already certified
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic about enriching the lives of seniors
