Oaktree Academy is seeking qualified individuals who are passionate about working with school-aged children to provide afterschool care in a nature-based, Reggio Emilia inspired, center with a strong emphasis in Loose Parts.
Lead Teachers perform the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Provide redirection and positive choices to guide young children's behavior.
- Communicate effectively with Assistant Teachers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with families.
- Provide daily reports in the Procare parent engagement app.
- Create weekly lesson plans.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Complete required administrative and personnel records in a timely manner.
- Participate in professional development.
