Office Coordinator / Bereavement & Volunteer Coordinator

Oakstone Hospice is looking for a compassionate, organized, and dependable Office Coordinator to join our growing hospice team. Because we are a small hospice, this position will wear several hats and will also serve as an temporary Bereavement and Volunteer Coordinator.
We are looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting a team, connecting with people, and jumping in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily administrative operations of the hospice office.
- Answer phones and assist patients, families, staff, and community partners.
- Assist leadership and clinical staff with administrative needs, records, correspondence, and special projects.
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and positive office environment that support our culture.
- Coordinate the hospice bereavement program, including mailings, documentation, and memorial activities.
- Coordinate the hospice volunteer program, including recruitment, onboarding, training, documentation, and volunteer assignments.
- Track volunteer activities and maintain required program records.
- Assist with other duties as needed to support our growing hospice team.
