*Duties*
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff management
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Oversee sales activities and ensure targets are met
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
- Maintain store appearance and implement merchandising strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
*Experience*
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Knowledge of store management practices and procedures
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
