What You'll Be Doing
- Working alongside our roofing and service techs on repairs, inspections, and installs
- Hauling, loading, and organizing materials and tools (it's basically a free gym membership)
- Tearing off old roofing and helping install new shingles, flashing, and more
- Helping track down leaks and fix them before they turn into big headaches
- Keeping job sites clean, safe, and looking sharp
- Picking up real, hands-on skills that turn into a lifelong career
What We're Looking For
- A good attitude and a strong work ethic. Those matter most to us.
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all kinds of weather
- Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders like a pro
- Reliable and on time. The crew is counting on you!
- Eager to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (required)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 55.0 per week
