for an entry-level role, with the potential to move into an exterior estimator apprentice position, or Management Trainee position, within 90 days. You MUST have a track record of success in Canvassing and be willing to put in 50 hours per week. Bi-Weekly company provided travel to Ohio and Pennsylvania is required.

With a strong presence in Upstate NY (Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo, Albany, etc.), and explosive growth in the Northeast United States, we are seeking energetic and goal-oriented team members to work as brand ambassadors, helping to market and generate leads for our companies. You will be at the forefront of our marketing and lead generation efforts, engaging directly with homeowners to present our products and services.
Earn upwards of $1000 or more per week based on your efforts and talent! You will be eligible for up to 6 weeks of training pay within a framework of $50 for every booked appointment and an additional $125 per every inspection that you generate. Additionally, there is no cap on your commissions!
Responsibilities:
- Market the Oaks Inc. brands to the neighbors around home installations.
- Utilize your knowledge of the Home Improvement space via canvassing to effectively identify and qualify potential leads.
- Accurately record customer information and market data on tablets.
- Attend daily team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights.
- Communicate with the National Canvassing Director your ideas that can help improve the effectiveness of marketing the brand.
- Work independently while representing Oaks Inc. at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
- Availability from 12:00-7:30 M-Th, 12:00-6:00 on Friday and 2 Saturdays per Month
- Availability to travel as needed to markets outside of Rochester. (Transportation, accommodations, and meal stipends are provided by the company)
Qualifications:
- A willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexible availability.
- Experience in customer engagement sales.
- A passion for interacting with people and explaining product benefits.
- Strong persuasive and communication skills.
- Enjoyment of outdoors work and engaging with homeowners.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Physically able to stand and walk for long periods.
This position is a 100% commission-based position. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $45,000-$60,000 annually, with potentially higher earning via promotion into other roles within Oaks Inc.
