Responsibilities:
- The Director of Nursing is responsible for managing all the functions of the department.
- Manufacturing a healthy organizational culture
- These duties and responsibilities include supervising all nursing staff, overseeing department budgets, maintaining high standards of care for all patients, training new nursing staff, provides ongoing education for nursing staff and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Requirements:

RN License in good standing with the State Board of Nursing

Familiar with State and Federal Regulations

The ideal candidate will have both clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, as well as experience in nursing management and supervision
