Role Description

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and building relationships with healthcare providers, partners, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing growth strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding partnerships within the healthcare and pharmacy sectors. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to identify trends and assess potential business opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and partnership development to drive business growth
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or compounding pharmacy industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software is an advantage
