Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and Christ-centered classroom environment.
- Integrate biblical principles and values into daily instruction and interactions.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain classroom organization, records, and communication.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and administration to support school goals.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Model Christian character and serve as a positive role model for students.
Qualifications
- A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that reflects Christian values.
- Passion for teaching and helping students reach their God-given potential.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.
- Relevant degree, certification, or educational background preferred.
Schedule
- School Year Position: August through May
- Monday–Friday
- 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
