Position: (K-3) Classroom Teacher- Elementary
Location: Oakridge Lower Elementary
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.
- A valid Michigan teaching certificate.
- Recent teaching experience at or near level in subject being applied for is desirable.
- Demonstrated success as a collaborator and proven team player.
- Knowledge of the “science of reading” format of instruction preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of teaching to multiple intelligences.
- Demonstrated successful communication skills with students, staff, administrators, parents, and community.
- Demonstrated successful experience utilizing technology.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Common Core State Standards and application in the classroom.
