**Job Overview:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need within the home and community care setting.
**Duties:** - Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation - Provide transportation for clients to appointments and outings - Administer medication under the direction of healthcare professionals - Monitor and record vital signs - Support individuals in social activities and community integration - Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed - Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as nurses to ensure comprehensive care - Provide hospice care and emotional support to individuals and their families
