Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orange, CA, for a Health and Services Director. The Health and Services Director will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of health and wellness services to support the well-being of senior residents. Responsibilities include providing training, overseeing medication administration, managing home care services, supervising case management, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care. Qualifications
- Strong background in Training and developing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality health and wellness services
- Experience in assisted living setting and implementing programs tailored to meet individual needs
