-Plan and deliver engaging English Language Arts instruction aligned with Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks
-Teach courses that may include literature, composition, grammar, research, and critical analysis
-Develop lessons that promote reading comprehension, writing proficiency, discussion, and critical thinking skills
-Differentiate instruction to meet the academic and social-emotional needs of diverse learners
-Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and families
-Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and administration to support student success
-Utilize educational technology to enhance instruction and student engagement
-Participate in department meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
