Summary:
The Student Success & Engagement Coordinator supports student persistence and engagement by building strong relationships with students and families, conducting proactive outreach, and coordinating interventions to reengage students at risk of withdrawal. This position requires initiative, strong communication skills, and a commitment to helping every student cross the finish line to graduation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits, phone calls, and community outreach to reengage students with poor attendance or credit progress.
- Track attendance and engagement data weekly to identify students in need of intervention.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to remove academic and social barriers to student success.
- Coordinate student support meetings and create individual action plans for reengagement.
- Maintain detailed documentation of contact attempts, visits, and outcomes in school tracking systems.
- Develop partnerships with families and community organizations to connect students with needed resources.
- Celebrate student milestones and progress to foster a culture of persistence.
- Maintains necessary records ensuring confidentiality of students and their families and prepares related reports.
- Maintains confidentiality concerning all student information and any professional matters.
- Participates in all committees and team meetings as required.
- Performs all other job duties as assigned.

Salary : $42,000 - $72,000
