What are the responsibilities and job description for the Donut Fryer- Night Shift position at Oakmont Bakery?
Oakmont Bakery is looking to add some new talent to our AWESOME third shift bakery team! We are a high volume, from scratch production bakery. Our third shift team is responsible for the assembling, scaling, and baking of fresh ingredients used in the production of various breads, donuts, sweet doughs etc. Prior production bakery experience. General knowledge and experience baking and working with various dough is required.
Full time-
Typical shift 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Experience Required
- Must be passionate about baking superior products
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of donut mixes in accordance with Oakmont Bakery's recipes and high standards in order to produce a superior quality product that satisfies customers expectations.
- Responsible for frying both cake and yeast raised donuts, and finishing them with appropriate filling/toppings in accordance with company standards on merchandise presentation - safety - sanitation.
