Duties

- Maintain an organized stock area and assist with inventory management.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively to encourage sales.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product features, promotions, and store policies.
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and provide information as needed.
- Supervise junior staff members when required, ensuring adherence to store protocols.
Requirements
