Oaklin Lane is hiring an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day at our neighborhood clinic in Lake Highlands, TX — the person who keeps the building humming, the team happy, and every family feeling like they’re in the right place.

Every great clinic has someone behind the scenes making sure everything runs the way it should. At Oaklin Lane, that person is the Operations Manager — equal parts mascot, problem-solver, and culture-keeper. You’re the reason therapists can focus on the kids. The reason families feel taken care of before a session even starts. The reason the building looks great, the supplies are stocked, and the team shows up with energy. You report to the Director of Clinical Operations and work alongside our supervising therapists to keep the clinic running at its best.

Oaklin Lane is your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic — a growing network of purpose-built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.

What you’ll do

• Own the daily operations of the clinic — building, supplies, scheduling flow, and team coordination

• Manage and support one to two Patient Guides, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development

• Coordinate building maintenance and upkeep, inside and out — making sure the space always reflects the Oaklin Lane standard

• Keep supplies well-stocked and organized, flagging needs to corporate for approval

• Own the family satisfaction experience — proactively resolving concerns and ensuring every touchpoint feels warm, clear, and supportive

• Maintain an impeccable Google rating by encouraging happy families to share their experience and catching concerns before they escalate

• Monitor and champion internal team satisfaction — keep morale high, celebrate wins, and flag clinic-level issues to the Director of Clinical Operations before they grow

• Work alongside supervising therapists to ensure clinic operations support great clinical care

• Support community events and outreach coordinated by the marketing team — you’re the boots on the ground

• Keep the clinic feeling like a place families, kids, and clinicians genuinely want to be

You bring:

• Prior experience in clinic operations, healthcare administration, or a similar operational management role

• Experience managing or supervising direct reports

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through

• Comfort with EMR systems, scheduling tools, and basic office technology

• A professional, warm, and empathetic approach to families and team members

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Schedule: Full-time · Monday - Thursday in clinic · 8:00AM to 6:00AM (with a lunch break) · Friday remote
