Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Johnson Creek, WI, for an Assistant Manager/Sales Supervisor. The individual in this role will oversee daily store operations, support in achieving sales targets, and lead a team to deliver exemplary customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, allocating tasks, ensuring adherence to company standards, providing training and guidance to team members, and creating a positive and engaging in-store experience. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with the management team to drive growth and operational excellence.
