Talent Acquisition Specialist (Entry Level Contract Role)

Our client, a leading and well-respected professional services firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team on a 12-month contract-with strong potential to convert to a permanent position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career recruitment professional looking to deepen their experience in a corporate environment, working closely with experienced recruiters and HR leaders to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience.
You'll gain exposure to all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers and supporting searches across a variety of business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple departments, from job posting through to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
- Draft and post engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the ATS.
- Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support (agency or in-house).
- Interest in building a long-term career in talent acquisition within the financial services industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (ATS or CRM experience a plus).
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from senior team members.
