What We Offer
- Minimum rate of $60,900 for LSW, LMHCa, LMFTa
- Minimum rate of $72,155 for LCSW, LMHC and LMFT

What You’ll Do
Primary duties include:
Primary duties include:
- Provide individual and family therapy as part of a multi-disciplinary Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) team
- Will serve individuals (14 - 30) experiencing early or first episode psychosis.
- Primary focus is recovery-oriented, evidence-based treatment to support symptom management, functional recovery, and engagement in education, employment, and community life.
- Collaborates closely with psychiatric providers, case managers, and support specialists.
- Schedule may include evening hours to meet client needs
- May provide assessments and treatment planning in our open access clinic and make appropriate referrals.
Additional duties:
- Creating treatment plans specific to the client’s goals, strengths, and weaknesses
- Assessing risk factors of harm to self or others
- Referring to alternative or supportive services based on the client’s needs
- Providing timely electronic clinical documentation
- Consulting and supervision with other clinicians
- Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Assisting in training and orientation of others
- Community Outreach and Education
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Hiring Requirements
- MSW/LSW required. LCSW preferred. LMFT/LMHC considered.
- Three years of experience in social service setting preferred
- There is a $2000 sign-on bonus for this full-time position (pro-rated by FTE).
Salary : $60,900 - $72,155
