What You’ll Do
We are currently recruiting for a Campus Support position at our Elkhart campus. Evening hours M-F. Hours range from 10 - 20 hours each week and the schedule is very flexible.
Duties:
- Responsible for overall safety and security during weekday evenings.
- Maintain a safe environment for staff and clients and coordinate emergency procedures, if/when needed.
- Provide support, assistance and monitoring of adults with serious mental illness and substance use disorder.
- Monitor facility’s security systems.
- Maintain paper and electronic documentation.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- BA/BS with human services or preferred.
- Effectively communicate in person or over the telephone with employees, clients and community members.
- Customer service experience
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift/move objects up to 40 lbs.
