The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to employees and patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, and other health concerns. The Healthcare Physician or NP will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

The Healthcare Physician or NP will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities
- Conducting physical examinations and medical histories of employees and patients
- Diagnosing and treating illnesses, injuries, and other health concerns
- Prescribing medications and other treatments as needed
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and procedures
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Providing education and counseling to patients and their families about healthcare issues and concerns
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and other healthcare-related activities
- Schedule includes weekdays/evenings to work with adults in Goshen
- Valid license to practice as a Medical Healthcare Physician or Family Practice Nurse Practitioner in the state of Indiana
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
