Duties
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to toddler development stages.
- Lead dailssroom activities that promote social-emotional growth, curiosity, and independence among toddlers
- Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns
- Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare standards by accurately documenting incidents and observations
- Oversee classroom organization, including lesson planning, material preparation, and maintaining a safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations such as first aid and CPR certification requirements
