Oakland Surgi Center is looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to lead an exceptional team and to help us continue to grow into a best-in-class outpatient surgical center.
Because we are a physician-owned ASC and not affiliated with a hospital, we are able to offer perks not available in a hospital setting. The right candidate for this role will be able to lead and manage others well, be detail oriented, and have a dedication to safe and quality patient care. Primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations of a busy ASC
- Ensuring appropriate staffing for the facility
- Monitoring compliance with policies and standards of care
- Facilitating effective communication between and among providers and staff
- Working with QA/PI team to develop and implement QI projects
- Supporting adequate supply chain management
- Coordinating with Medical Director, Facility Administrator and Business Office Manager to improve patient satisfaction, increase regulatory compliance and facilitate a positive, healthy environment
Minimum requirements:
- Hold a current State of Michigan Registered Nursing license
- Have a current BLS and ACLS certification, or be willing to obtain (PALS not required)
- At least 5 Years of Nurse Manager experience
- At least 2 Years of critical care nursing experience
- Have the ability to pass a background investigation
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Experience working in or managing an ambulatory surgical center
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Pain management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Use of electronic medical records

Pay: $75,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
