Oakland School for the Arts seeks a dedicated and student-centered Academic Physical Education Teacher to join our Middle School program for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality, standards-aligned physical education instruction to students in grades 6-8 and contributing to a collaborative, equity-driven school community. The ideal candidate is a skilled educator who designs engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons, promotes physical wellness, and fosters a positive, inclusive environment. This role requires a commitment to student wellbeing, equity, and the development of lifelong healthy habits.
