Role Description
This is a part time position for a Paralegal based in Auburn Hills, MI, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include assisting with legal document preparation, conducting thorough research, reviewing and organizing legal documents, and supporting day-to-day legal operations. The Paralegal will also serve as a key communication bridge within the organization and between parties, ensuring the smooth handling of casework and processes.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Law, with a strong understanding of legal principles and practices
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally and effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong skills in Research and data analysis relevant to legal cases
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with mediation and conflict resolution processes is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
