The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, functionality, and performance of the dispensary’s ecommerce platform and digital menu. This role manages Dutchie catalog maintenance, product setup, pricing and discount configuration, and ongoing menu optimization to ensure a seamless customer experience and operational accuracy across online ordering, POS systems, and in-store execution.
The Ecommerce Coordinator works closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Retail Operations to ensure product information, inventory availability, and promotional campaigns are accurately reflected across ecommerce platforms. This role may also support customer education and in-store engagement during designated downtime to help drive product awareness and sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ecommerce & Menu Management
• Maintain and update ecommerce menus daily to ensure accuracy in product availability, pricing, potency data, images, and product descriptions.
• Ensure ecommerce menus align with POS systems and real-time inventory levels.
• Optimize menu structure, product categories, and featured placements to improve customer conversion and average basket size.
• Identify and resolve customer-facing menu issues or checkout errors.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors regarding product information and delivery scheduling.
Dutchie Catalog Maintenance
• Create, update, and manage product SKUs within the Dutchie ecommerce platform.
• Input and maintain product information including product names, attributes, brand mapping, category placement, strain classification, and compliance-required data fields.
• Maintain clean, standardized catalog data across assigned locations.
• Partner with inventory, purchasing, and compliance teams to ensure catalog accuracy and consistency.
Inventory & Delivery Execution (Territory Ownership)
• Input and receive all product deliveries within the assigned territory into POS and ecommerce systems.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy against purchase orders and manifests.
• Ensure products are properly categorized, priced, and published to ecommerce menus following intake
• Identify and escalate discrepancies, delivery delays, or inventory intake issues to Supply Chain leadership.
Discounts, Promotions & Pricing
• Build, test, deploy, and maintain daily and weekly promotions, vendor-funded discounts, loyalty pricing, and stackable or non-stackable discount logic.
• Ensure promotions launch and sunset accurately according to campaign schedules.
• Conduct routine audits of discount configurations to prevent pricing errors, margin leakage, or POS conflicts.
Discount Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze weekly and monthly discount performance including sales lift, margin impact, and product velocity.
• Prepare and present performance insights to the Implementation & Ecommerce Manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve promotional effectiveness and optimize ecommerce performance based on available data.
Cross-Functional & In-Store Support
• Collaborate with Marketing and Retail Operations to execute promotions and resolve ecommerce-related issues.
• Provide in-store pop-ups, product education, and customer engagement during downtime as needed.
Implementation & Continuous Improvement
• Support ecommerce system implementations, upgrades, and new store launches.
• Assist in testing new features, promotions, or ecommerce enhancements prior to launch.
• Document workflows, standards, and best practices to support operational consistency across locations.
