Step into a hands-on leadership role as our Assistant Camp Director at Oakland Feather River Camp Live onsite, mentor staff, run programs, and create amazing experiences for campers.
What You'll Do:
- Support daily camp operations & programs
- Lead, coach & mentor seasonal staff
- Coordinate schedules, activities & events
- Collaborate across Activities, Food Service & Facilities
- Ensure camper safety & wellbeing
- Participate in staff training & team development
Who You Are:
- Experienced in camp leadership or youth programs
- Organized, flexible & positive under pressure
- 21 with supervisory or equivalent experience
- CPR/First Aid preferred
