The Role
We’re seeking a Head Maintenance Technician to run maintenance and facilities operations across our hotel and residential properties. This is a physical, and hands-on role responsible for managing building work orders, preventative maintenance, general plumbing and electric, vendor coordination, and collaborating with a small maintenance team- all while supporting an excellent guest and resident experience.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily maintenance and operation of general HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, grounds, and pool
- Conduct routine property inspections and address issues proactively
- Prioritize and assign work orders
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Manage vendors, contractors, and product procurement
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and best practices

- Hospitality or multi-property experience is a plus
