What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Services position at Oakhurst Country Club?
Oakhurst Country Club is now hiring for the opportunity of Outside Service Attendants. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
For this position, you must have a general knowledge of the golf game and be able to pass a basic assessment demonstrating your golf knowledge. We do not teach the basics of golf as part of any certification that we offer. However, you are not required to be an expert Golfer to perform well. Outside service team members that perform well may be offered an opportunity to caddie if a position opens up.
$16 - $18 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Outside Service duties include staging golf carts, maintaining the bag room & cart barn, attending the bag drop, maintaining the practice range, and more.
- Cheerfully interact and deliver world class customer service.
Job Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.
