Position Overview
This role blends hospitality and experiential service that will lead to member referrals. You will serve as the face of the club during pre-opening while building the foundation for long-term member retention and culture.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop member referrals and relationships
- Design and deliver high-touch hospitality experiences
- Establish service standards and member experience systems
- Assist with member engagement and retention strategy
- Assist with inbound member inquiry management
- Manage Oakfire Club Speakeasy (serve drinks, serve small bites, buss tables, etc.)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Executive presence with natural relationship-building ability
- Confident, articulate, and polished in private tour environments
- Experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or premium lifestyle brands
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong follow-through
- Organized and proficient with CRM and sales tools
- Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, events required)
- Reliable personal transportation required; role may require use of personal vehicle during work hours
Preferred Experience
- 3–7 years in private clubs, luxury hospitality, or high-end restaurants
- Documented account management and/or sales performance history
- Background in mixology, craft cocktails, or experiential beverage service
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
