Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise carpentry teams on construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution
- Actively participate in physical construction work, Framing, Roofing, Siding, Finish Carpentry, Flooring & completing detailed and complex tasks on site.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and safety compliance
Skills
- Extensive experience in construction site supervision with proven leadership in managing teams and projects
- Strong proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately and apply them effectively on-site
- Skilled in quality control procedures and implementing safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards
- Hands-on experience with construction site equipment
- Excellent management skills with a focus on supervising teams, coordinating tasks, and maintaining project momentum
