Coordinate and oversee behavioral RTI systems and interventions

Lead Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 behavioral support planning and implementation

Analyze behavioral data, referrals, and progress monitoring systems

Support classroom management, prevention strategies, and Tier 2 intervention development

Conduct behavioral audits and assist with refining referral processes and procedures

Facilitate intervention meetings and support team collaboration

Provide coaching, modeling, and professional development for staff

Support onboarding of students into schoolwide expectations and systems
