What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Dietary position at Oakdale Community Hospital?
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Dietary Director directs daily operations of the department including sanitation, food preparation, purchasing of food and supplies, hiring and staff development. Is responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of the nutritional program.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 2 years of experience in Food Service
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Degree in Dietetics and/or Registered Dietitian preferred.
Special Qualifications: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
Licenses & Certifications
Preferred- Dietician
