Marketing Coordinator (Part Time)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our pizzeria team. This role is integral in supporting our marketing efforts, specializing in social media management, email and text message marketing campaigns, and various community and business outreach tasks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about both marketing and the food industry, with a creative mindset and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to customer interactions, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Website, Email and Text Message Marketing:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and special announcements.
• Manage customer databases for text message marketing and craft compelling SMS campaigns.
• Track and report on campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Community Engagement:
• Assist with planning and executing local community events, partnerships, and sponsorships to promote the pizzeria brand.
• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations for potential marketing collaborations.
• Attend community events to represent the pizzeria and promote our products.
• Administrative Support:
• Coordinate marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of promotions and special events.
• Update all related business menus across different platforms (i.e. Google, website, social media, Yelp)
• Respond to customer reviews on business review sites (i.e. Google, Yelp)
• Assist with ordering and organizing marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and promotional items.
• Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks including maintaining marketing budgets and organizing reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, or related fields (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging content.
• Experience with community outreach, event planning, or customer relations is a plus.
