What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chaplain Coordinator - Case Management - PRN/Weekends position at OakBend Medical Center?
The Hospital Chaplain provides patients, their families, and hospital and medical staff with religious and spiritual resources. This is accomplished through pastoral care, counseling and educational services.
MINIMUM EDUCATION
Master’s of Divinity degree. Completion of at least 4 units of training in an ACPE, Inc. accredited program.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
Previous Experience In a Hospital Preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
None.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
Demonstrated ability to minister to various faiths and diverse needs and/or complaints in an effective manner.
