The Concessions Cashier is responsible for taking guest orders, processing payments, and assisting with food and beverage service during the Country Calling Music Festival. This position works in a high-volume festival environment and helps provide service to guests throughout the event.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligible.
This is a seasonal role from October 2, 2026, and will end on October 3, 2026
This position will remain open until October 3, 2026
- Take guest food and beverage orders.
- Process cash and credit card transactions using the POS system.
- Provide customer service to festival guests.
- Serve food and non-alcoholic beverages as assigned.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Keep the concession stand clean and organized.
- Restock food, beverages, cups, and other supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding operational needs.
- Follow company and festival policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous cashier, concessions, food service, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to learn and operate a POS system.
- Ability to communicate with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a high-volume festival environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move supplies as needed.
- Must be available to work the required Country Calling Music Festival schedule, including the weekend and extended shifts as needed.
