Position Summary
The Guest Services Lead will perform various duties in connection with scheduled events. Duties will vary between facility and events. This is a part-time/temporary position that is usually scheduled to work after normal business hours.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.25-$17.75
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until October 30, 2026.

Pan American Center is a multi-purpose arena in Las Cruces, New Mexico, located on the campus of New Mexico State University. The arena has a current seating capacity of 12,515 people. the arena serves as home of the New Mexico State Aggies Men's and Women's Basketball and Women's Volleyball Teams.

Responsibilities
- Serves as the first line for patron complaints and Guest Services Attendant concerns/issues.
- Serve as ticket taker and/or usher distributing programs and escorting patrons to their appropriate seats.
- Assist with reading tickets and directing attendees to their proper seats.
- Assist with giving Guest Services Staff breaks.
- Provide special accommodation for wheelchairs and other physically challenged patrons, senior citizens, students, and groups.
- Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 1 years related experience in Guest Services; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lead other guest services team members.
- Must have strong customer service skills.

Salary : $15 - $18
