Overview
The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized during service. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient operations in a fast-paced environment while helping deliver excellent guest service.
This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
Restock bar supplies including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and napkins.
Assist bartenders with preparing the bar before, during, and after service.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
Change kegs and refill ice bins as needed.
Collect and clean glassware and maintain sanitation standards.
Remove trash and keep service areas clear.
Assist with setting up and breaking down bar areas for events.
Support bartenders during high-volume service to ensure quick and efficient operations.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
Qualifications
Previous barback, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong work ethic and willingness to support the team.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of bar operations is a plus.
