Position Summary
The Backstage Attendant supports performers, touring crews, and production staff at Texas Trust Theatre by ensuring backstage areas are organized, stocked, and operating smoothly. This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality experience by assisting with hospitality, maintaining cleanliness, and responding quickly to artist and crew needs during events.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00.

Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain backstage areas, including dressing rooms, green rooms, and production spaces.
- Ensure dressing rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with requested hospitality items (food, beverages, supplies).
- Assist with receiving and organizing catering deliveries for artists and crew.
- Provide support to touring staff and performers in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor backstage access to ensure only authorized personnel are present.
- Assist with load-in and load-out support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of backstage areas throughout the event.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and beverages.
- Assist with basic kitchen and food preparation tasks during downtime as needed.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and venue policies.
- Communicate effectively with event managers, production teams, and other staff.
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or backstage/production support preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with high-profile guests and performers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
