HEAD CHEF – BUILD SOMETHING SPECIAL AT OAK VIEW COUNTRY CLUB
Location: Aledo, IL
Compensation: $52,000–$62,400 annually ($25–$30/hour based on experience)
Oak View Country Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary program and help shape the future of dining at our club.

What You'll Do
- Lead all kitchen operations and staff
- Develop seasonal menus, features, and event offerings
- Manage food ordering, inventory, and food costs
- Ensure high standards for food quality, presentation, and sanitation
- Coordinate culinary support for tournaments, banquets, and club events
- Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of professional kitchen experience
- Previous Head Chef, Sous Chef, or kitchen leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with menu development, food costing, and inventory management
- Passion for creating exceptional food and hospitality experiences
