What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician (Per Diem) position at Oak Valley Hospital District?
Schedule details: Will include training on a full-time schedule for up to 3 or more months at the beginning of being hired, followed by a per diem schedule.

Pharmacy Technicians assist Pharmacists in preparing and distributing medication, maintaining the drug inventory, and maintaining patient records. Pharmacy Technicians work only under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist. They do not perform duties that can legally be performed only by a Registered Pharmacist.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program required
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- One to two years hospital pharmacy and inpatient experience preferred
- Technician Registration required (California State Board of Pharmacy)
Pay: $19.00 - $25.40 per hour
