The Clinical Analyst has responsibility for supporting, optimizing, and analyzing the delivery of quality patient care through clinical information systems, with primary focus on the Athenahealth (athenaOne) electronic health record (EHR) platform. Athenahealth is currently utilized across multiple clinics, including 4 rural health clinics and a specialty clinic, with strategic plans to roll out athenaOne to additional clinics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Nursing, or related field is desirable.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Must have documented experience with Athenahealth (athenaOne/athenaClinicals) EMR/EHR system, including configuration, support, workflow analysis, reporting, and multi-clinic or enterprise-level implementation/rollout leadership.
- Relevant certification in health informatics, Athenahealth proficiency, project management (e.g., PMP), or clinical systems (preferred).
- Must travel between clinics to provide on-site presence.
- Must understand principles of universal precautions and clinical documentation standards.
- In specialized area, must have advanced preparation in clinical informatics, EHR systems, and data analysis.
- Demonstrable evidence of analytical skills, project leadership (especially EHR rollouts), teaching ability, and communication skills.
- Ability to read work product of others, computer/monitor screens, computer printouts.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations and statistical analysis.
Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
