As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch, including sales, customer service, operations, and team management. Duties
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and objectives
- Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Supervise and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Monitor sales performance and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develops new deposit and loan business, and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships.
- Engages in business development activities and solicitation of new business prospects.
- Responsible for attaining established Bank and branch goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs.
- Participates in community affairs to increase the Bank’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.

- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of branch staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to drive process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of financial management principles
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Proficient in project management techniques
- Ability to analyze profit loss statements and make data-driven decisions
