Oak Tree National, host of the 1984 U.S. Amateur, 1988 PGA Championship, 2006 Senior PGA Championship, 2014 U.S. Senior Open and the upcoming 2027 U.S. Senior Open, is seeking a passionate and professional Assistant Golf Professional to join our award-winning team in Edmond, Oklahoma. This full-time, year-round position offers the opportunity to work at a Pete Dye masterpiece while delivering world-class service to our discerning membership.

Experience RequiredRequired Qualifications:
- Class A PGA Member in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of experience at a high-end private golf club
- Advanced proficiency in Golf Genius Tournament and Golf Shop softwares
- Working knowledge of Club Essential POS system
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional member and guest services with a focus on relationship building
- Assist in daily golf operations including tee time management, starter duties, and pace-of-play enforcement
- Oversee outside services coordination
- Manage tournament operations using Golf Genius software
- Support merchandising and inventory control in the golf shop using the Golf Genius Golf Shop platform
- Contribute to our flagship events, including two Member-Guest and one Member-Member tournament, the annual Pro-Scratch Invitational, as well as smaller Member focused and outside corporate events
