Schedule: Monday–Friday | Between 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
- Implement play-based curriculum that supports children’s social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Maintain compliance with Title 22 licensing regulations.
- Support classroom routines, curriculum delivery, and positive behavior practices.
Required:
- 12 ECE Units (must include Child Growth & Development, Child Family & Community, and Curriculum)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work scheduled shifts reliably
Preferred:
- 6 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare program
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- 16 hours of Health & Safety Training
- Mandated Reporter Training
- Familiarity with play-based curriculum and early childhood best practices
