The ideal candidate must be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a great can-do attitude that can come in and eager to work. Excellent verbal, written, and communications skills are a must.
As the Floor Home Sales Associate your responsibilities will consist but not limited to:
- Provide Customers with Product Info, Prices & Stock Checks.
- Assist customers in buying process
- Enter and Process Order Requests Via Phone, or email.
- Prepare accurate material work orders for Project Managers
- Scheduling - Scheduling measurement and installation appointments with customers
- Business Development - Research New Business Opportunities In order to further the company therefore increase business.
- Make cold calls & follow up with prospective clients
- Bringing in new accounts and generating qualified sales opportunities
- Meeting monthly sales and account-development goals
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable transportation.
- Must be a reliable and punctual individual.
- Experience in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Google.
- Retail Sales: 3 years ( Preferred)
Compensation: Base salary Plus commission, with strong earning potential based on performance
