About the Role: The Financial Services Representative will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience, primarily focusing on onboarding new clients, processing documentation, and maintaining the ongoing servicing needs of our existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding:
- Coordinate and manage the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
- Assist clients in completing account applications, transfers, and other required paperwork, providing clear guidance throughout the process.
- Follow up with all parties diligently to completion to ensure new client accounts are set up correctly and in a timely manner.
- Document Processing:
- Handle all client-related documentation, including account maintenance, transaction requests, and compliance forms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client records, utilizing the firm’s CRM, electronic documents, and compliance systems.
- Collaborate with custodians and other third parties to process and track client requests efficiently.
- Client Servicing:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for servicing existing clients, addressing their ongoing service needs such as account updates, portfolio inquiries, and general support.
- Assist in scheduling regular client reviews, preparing necessary documentation and reports in advance.
- Operational Support:
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the financial planning and wealth management processes with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
- Technology and Software Proficiency:
- Utilize the firm’s software systems to manage client information, generate reports, and process transactions.
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in financial services, client servicing, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in RedTail CRM, RedTail Imaging, NetX360, Envestnet, and DocuPace are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, CFP®, ChFC®) are an advantage.
Pay range and compensation package: Base salary range: $45k to $70k, up to 20% in additional compensation tied to performance-based bonus package.
