Part-Time Compliance Guard
Oak Run Country Club – Ocala
Oak Run Country Club, a premier 55 community in Ocala, Florida, is seeking a Part-Time Compliance Guard to join our team. This role supports community safety, access control, and policy compliance while providing courteous service to residents and guests.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting gate resets and monitoring controlled access points as needed
- Assisting in enforcing community rules, policies, and procedures in a professional and respectful manner
- Responding to resident and guest questions or concerns in accordance with the Security Services/Compliance Procedures Manual
- Notifying the appropriate department or personnel when issues arise requiring immediate attention
- Maintaining accurate logs, reports, and required documentation
- Opening and securing facilities as assigned
Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age with prior security or compliance-related experience
- Strong safety, security, and policy-enforcement awareness
- Excellent observation, communication, and reporting skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Professionalism, punctuality, and dependability
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
- Stand and walk short distances (up to 10 feet back and forth)
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms
- Write clearly and legibly
- Communicate effectively by talking and hearing
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Push or pull gates to open and close entrances
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
